“I want to share my experience with Pin Rouge. Before booking my trip, I contacted the staff to inquire about the ski conditions, particularly the number of runs that would be open, as skiing was my primary purpose for visiting. They responded kindly, informing me that their opening was scheduled in two days and the number of open runs would be disclosed on their social media. Assuming they would provide a clear update if conditions were unfavorable, I proceeded to book my trip. Unfortunately, two days later, they announced that only a single ski run would be open. This was not adequate for me since I was traveling from NB for the weekend, expecting more than just one run. When I communicated my situation to them, hoping for a resolution, I was unable to retrieve my deposit. This left me feeling disappointed and I hope others will not find themselves in a similar situation.”

“I had a lovely stay at Pin Rouge. However, there was a small drawback. Each evening there seemed to be a persistent sound, possibly from woodworkers, sharpening their knives for hours after dinner. I also noticed the trail maps were not completely current. Nevertheless, my family and I enjoyed the location and the quality of service. The rooms were perfect, and we found the surrounding activities like mountain biking quite enjoyable, with the trails being particularly beautiful. Additionally, the view from the hotel was simply outstanding.”

“I enjoyed a delightful spring break at Pin Rouge, where I rented a chalet and indulged in some fun-filled tubing. It's a fantastic spot for families, with activities conveniently close by. Be sure to stop at a grocery store en route, as the closest one is about 20-25 minutes away. The chalet kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics such as cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, and appliances like a coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom is of a good size and comes with a bath/shower. The rooms are well-lit and spacious, with the living room featuring a sofa bed that's perfect for children. The staff at the tubing site were exceptional - always smiling, polite, and extremely kind. For an extra bit of fun, I would recommend an evening trip as the slides are faster. The restaurant bar was another high point of my stay. It offered an extensive menu and the prices were reasonable. Every aspect of my trip was handled professionally - from the reception to accommodation, ticketing, restaurant, and bar, the service was excellent. My vacation at Pin Rouge was an entirely positive experience. It offers great views, tranquility, and is both kid-friendly and great value. I would highly recommend it. My ratings for the rooms, service, and location are all a perfect 5!”
