“I found Park City Mountain to be a wonderful resort with stunning views, though the runs are primarily cat track with limited off-piste options. While the resort would have been spectacular two or three decades ago, it seems there hasn't been much investment in infrastructure since then. The ski lifts, for instance, seem quite aged and worn out, resembling those from the 1980s. I believe there's a lot to learn from European resorts when it comes to upgrading facilities such as chairlifts, by including features like bubbles, heated seats and eight-person chairlifts. I was informed that the current state of the resort is to preserve its historical nature. I respect that perspective but would like to point out that Europe, with its longer history, has managed to balance preserving the past while embracing modernity. More specifically, I believe the ski lifts urgently need an upgrade. For a resort of this caliber, one would anticipate top-tier facilities.”
