“I had a wonderful experience at Mount Timothy, which is open all year round. The scenery is absolutely stunning and there's a plethora of outdoor activities to engage in. During winter, I enjoyed both downhill and cross-country skiing. Additionally, there were trails for snowshoeing and snowmobiling. When the snow melts away, the mountain biking, hiking, quading, and SXS trails are fantastic. I also appreciated the onsite cafe and lounge and the cozy cabins. Overall, it's an excellent spot for a getaway.”

“My visit to Mount Timothy was truly a mixed bag. The skiing was excellent, and the staff on the slopes and the groundskeeper showed exceptional service and professionalism. However, my interaction with the General Manager was far from satisfactory. My partner and I arrived at our rented cabin late on February 10th, 2023, to find it uncomfortably cold. We shrugged it off, assuming it would warm up by morning. However, the following day, our cabin remained cold, despite all attempts to heat it using the provided facilities. We even had the groundskeeper check the heater, who confirmed that it was malfunctioning and kindly lent us his own space heater. Our biggest disappointment came from the General Manager's response to our complaints. Despite our genuine concerns, we were met with indifference and rudeness, and our calls were abruptly ended on multiple occasions. The General Manager insisted that the heater was functioning correctly, which contradicted our experience and the groundskeeper's assessment. The cabin's electricity supply seemed inadequate to support both heating and regular use of appliances. I have spent considerable time in remote locations around the world and am well-versed with the workings of such facilities. Therefore, it was clear to me that the cabin's heat and electricity supply were not up to mark. I share my experience in the hope that it prompts a change in how future customers are treated by the General Manager. “I had a fantastic experience at Mount Timothy. The view is simply stunning, and I was thoroughly impressed by the service provided. The restaurant is conveniently open daily, offering a range of activities to keep visitors entertained throughout the year, regardless of the season. The place is quite popular among mountain bikers and dirt bikers. For those who don't have their own bikes, there's the option to rent E-bikes, which I found very considerate. I visited over the weekend and was pleasantly surprised by the absence of any waiting time. However, I am unsure about the necessity of making a reservation.”
