“During spring break, I was quite disappointed to see that only one person was working at the ticket office on the north slope at Mont-Tremblant. The wait time was considerably long, around 30-40 minutes just to secure a ticket. The staff member at the ticket office seemed to be an older individual who was quite overwhelmed by the volume of customers, and there was no one else present to assist him. I didn't sense great team spirit, which was quite disheartening. Adding to my disappointment, the electronic machine for online tickets didn't accept tickets purchased with a universal discount. Given the popularity of Mont-Tremblant, it's surprising to see such outdated methods still in use. With the reputation and potential this place carries, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of service and efficiency. In comparison, I've experienced better service and more majestic mountains in Western Canada.”

“The New Year's Eve celebration at Mont-Tremblant in Quebec, typically a highlight of the year, unfortunately, fell short of expectations this time, especially concerning its hallmark attractions. The usual skiing spectacle, typically a radiant visual delight, was underwhelming. The traditional ski-down with flares, which customarily illuminates the hill in a stunning procession, felt subdued. The usual involvement of ski instructors and other elements that enhance the spectacle were noticeably missing, diminishing the overall impact of this cherished event. A glaring omission was the groomers' dance - a distinct and eagerly awaited performance. This choreography of ski machines on the slopes has traditionally been a crowd pleaser, displaying a creative fusion of machinery and artistry. The lack of it this year was profoundly noticeable, removing a piece of what makes Mont Tremblant's New Year's celebration unique and unforgettable. The absence of fireworks was another considerable disappointment. They have always been the event's grand conclusion, illuminating the night sky and ringing in the New Year with wonder and enthusiasm. Their absence this year was not only evident but also lessened the festive atmosphere of the event. Mont Tremblant is renowned for its spectacular New Year's Eve parties, but this year's event was unable to uphold the unique and special experiences that guests anticipate. The celebration should have been more spectacular, considering Mont Tremblant's reputation and the commitment of its guests. To sum it up, while there were some pleasant elements, the event was a pale reflection of its usual self without its standout ski display, groomers' dance, and fireworks. It might be worthwhile to consider other festive alternatives that can provide the thrill and uniqueness that Mont Tremblant's New Year's Eve celebration once offered.”

“Visiting Mont-Tremblant was a truly picturesque experience. The view was simply breathtaking, and the village was a delight to explore. The cable car ride provided an awe-inspiring perspective of the mountain, and reaching the top was a highlight with a fantastic lookout point. The visit was made even more enjoyable by the fact that it was a weekday, hence it was pleasantly uncrowded.”

“My winter escapes for several years have been to the delightful resort of Mont-Tremblant in Quebec. Despite the lengthy seven-hour journey, I've made the trip on four separate occasions, and each time it was absolutely worth it. The village itself is picturesque, offering a true mountain experience. There's an impressive variety of shops and the dining options are excellent, from fast food to gourmet eateries. As for skiing and snowboarding, the mountain has a host of excellent runs catering to all skill levels, and the views overlooking Lac Tremblant are truly breathtaking. During my initial visit, I lodged at the Lodge de la Montagne, which, while conveniently situated in the village, was a bit on the noisy side. For subsequent visits, I chose the more tranquil Equinoxe condos, appreciating the peace and quiet they offered along with ski-in/out access. I wholeheartedly recommend Mont-Tremblant for a winter getaway, and I've heard nothing but praise about the resort during the summer and autumn seasons as well.”
