“My stay at Krasnaya Polyana Resort was generally delightful. The staff were impeccable, always primed to assist and the pool and spa were quite a treat. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest and the breakfast offered was top-notch. However, my initial experience was slightly marred by lukewarm water on the first day due to a nearby emergency, and a faint odor in the spa showers. As for the accommodation, the rooms were spacious with a fantastic bed and the use of digital home devices like the speaker and television was straightforward. I visited in November, just before ski season, so the cable cars were under maintenance. However, there were still select hiking trails open and a transfer bus was available for descent to 540m. The food and drinks were notable, especially the breakfast which catered to all tastes, even including champagne and wine. The syrniki were particularly excellent. In terms of hotel highlights, the resort exudes luxury and offers a magnificent view. It's a perfect setting for a romantic getaway, offers peace and quiet, and is great value for the quality of services. The use of high-tech devices in the rooms was an added bonus.”

“I stayed at the Krasnaya Polyana Resort and found the rooms to be quite spacious and bright. However, I did notice that the interiors seemed a bit worn out. The bathroom was equipped with a shower, but I had to wait quite awhile for warm water and unfortunately, it never did get hot. I also noted that the bathroom did not have a heated floor. The view from the room, however, was something to behold.”

The convenience of accessing the ski slopes directly from the ski room was simply unmatched. The rooms were generously spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I made a reservation for a room with a view and it did not disappoint. I also found the staff to be very amicable and cordial, contributing to a pleasant overall experience.”
