Despite the prices being on the higher side, Aspen Snowmass is considered worth the experience due to the exceptional care taken in maintaining its slopes and the overall quality of services it provides. “Upon my arrival at Aspen Snowmass, the check-in process at the reception desk was completed, but they failed to provide clear instructions about navigating the complex elevator system to reach my room on the 6th floor. The journey involved one elevator to the 3rd floor, a long walk down a hallway, and another slow elevator ride up to the 6th floor. Surprisingly, there were two 6th floors. Once in the room, I discovered the lights were not functioning. I attempted to contact the front desk but received no response, and their mailbox was full. I reached out to reservations who directed me to insert my room key into a receptacle by the door to activate the lights. However, this was a challenge in the dark room as the receptacle was not visible. I expressed my concerns to the manager who kindly relocated me to a room that was more conveniently situated. Overall, my experience was not ideal, particularly for a conference stay.”

I had doubts about managing three mountains in a day, but they've made the process both easy and enjoyable!”
